I’m Sara Lee, a Toronto-based entrepreneur and operations leader with a passion for building thriving businesses and high-performing teams.
My career began in the hospitality industry, where I quickly stepped into leadership roles, managing teams and optimizing operations in high-volume environments—from fine dining and large-scale event venues to university pubs and casual corporate restaurants. This diverse background has given me a deep understanding of business operations, team dynamics, and what it takes to create a customer-focused organization.
Most notably, I helped transform a restaurant pop-up into a nationally recognized brand, leading it through multiple phases of growth and ultimately establishing a successful brick-and-mortar operation. From branding and marketing to partnerships and team development, I navigated the challenges of business ownership and leadership with resilience and strategic thinking.
At the heart of my work is a people-first approach—I believe strong businesses are built on strong teams. As an owner and operator, I took pride in mentoring staff, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and growth. My leadership style has led to low attrition rates.
